I am beyond impressed with the service and quality of their product. I ordered a cake from Nova Scotia for my daughter’s 25th birthday in Alberta. They exceeded my expectations and made the fact I couldn’t celebrate with her much easier. She was missing the pound cake from home 💕.

Masks not worn except when young girl came up front and put one on. Cash counter not cleaned or sanitized before or after each client. Gloves not worn when product handled. Display cases covered with fingerprints and hand smears. With CoVid-19 this is very unhealthy.

I was horrified to watch CHAT news this evening and see the news clip of the grand opening of the second location of Redcliff Bakery in Medicine Hat. There was no physical distancing, no one was wearing a mask and the most upsetting thing to see was Medicine Hats very own Mayor shake hands with the owners after cutting the ribbon. What a shameful display from everyone involved of everything that AHS is strongly recommending everyone NOT DO! A terrible example of leadership from Mayor Clugston during this ongoing pandemic!

My daughter's birthday party is tomorrow and I ordered a bunch of donut shaped cookies with the vision of her 'cake' being a real donut. The donut cookies are adorable, exactly as expected! But I was actually really disappointed by the donut. When I made my order on the phone I said the plan was for the donut to essentially be her cake, so something pink and girly. I was not expecting this sad pale donut 😆 I might try adding sprinkles before the party tomorrow or something. We live 1.5 hrs away, and my sister picked up the order for me, so we can't just come back for a more 'vibrant' donut.

Love love love this bakery. It’s also a fabulous place for lunch. The best dill pickle soup. Plus they now have online ordering for your bakery orders
