To be honest they were really rude to me when I called them to ask a few questions it's like she had something better to do then her Job like come on be happy

Bad customer service, felt rushed, they missed a T4 we handed in and the CRA re-evaluated us and now we owe even more. These people don’t know what they’re doing.

Great customer care. AS well as personal caring understanding and fast working also. :)

Getting our papers back was like pulling teeth. We still have not received our year end, a full year later. If you use them, don't pay them until all of your documents are in your hands. Otherwise you will never get them. They are incredibly unprofessional and over priced.
