Fountain Tire

Well, after dealing with them for quite some time now, tires and mechanical, I will never go back for either of those. I went there 3 times to try and get quotes for off road tires for my Dakota, and also gave them my email address and said give me quotes for any of these 3 types, email me the quotes, I'll pick one set and you guys can put em on. Well, I waited, no quotes, had to drive to the city to get em. Now, today at 300pm, I find out a rear wheel seal on my 1 ton is leaking, which they worked on the truck alot to keep my business going. Well when they changed the brake rotors, calipers and pads on the rear end, they badly damaged the sealing edge for the wheel seal on the hub side on my dually truck. A 675$ hub part straight from Dodge dealer. It'll never seal properly now which is why it never sealed properly when they changed it in the first place a year ago and the hub was full of diff fluid. Never again fountain tire Drayton Valley. Anywhere else can have my business for all my vehicles.

Stopped in here as a walk in customer this morning, I was looking to get 2 tires installed on my hellcat that I was supplying. I anticipated getting a bit of a run around considering I already had the tires and there wasn’t much profit. What I got was the exact opposite, the staff treated my car and myself wonderfully, they were extremely quick and gave me a run down of the sensors after. 10/10 shop and staff great job guys!

Went first time there. And they just ignored me because I was there for re-torque. I had to leave after waiting there for 15mins without getting re torqued and got it done at Leduc.
