Well said Dylan nice to see you have the parts necessary to speak up, you encouraged myself to do the same. Although I don’t work at Tolko anymore and I do disagree, not ALL management is corrupt in the Planer. However I did leave due to poor management and their scheduling I was treated great until I tried to bid on weekend cleanup and was awarded the position to fit my schedule with building my family’s new home they pulled the bid and Put me on weekday and GY cleanup constantly changing my schedule week after week, .they should not offer positions they can not deliver on. I tried to hang in there, as time went on I was discouraged and started missing shifts to work elsewhere. I also tried talking to management which was a waste of time. The whole experience turned out to be a waste of time for me. Tolko preaches family first but Showed me the complete opposite, if you have small children or have any other skills in life I would not recommend anyone to work here either.
