Terry at Surex was incredible. Being new to Canada having recently moved from the UK I was unsure of how to get insurance / what kind of price was suitable - within minutes of obtaining a quote online I called Surex and spoke with Terry. 10 minutes later we had confirmed the insurance and had signed via email - it was super easy and had a great quote (Much cheaper than TD). Terry was personally very friendly, funny - and made buying insurance fun (I know, right?). Kathy Dang at Surex got me the lowest rate and I had checked around, including my work discount which offers what many think are the best insurance rates. I pay a lot less per year for insurance than I would have had I not switched to Surex. I highly recommend Kathy Dang as a broker. She will get you the best rates. 5 stars. Saved me over $2000.

The problem we had encountered was sorted out faster and smoothly through the help of Courtney. I asked her help and she did respond right away. Very professional and nice person. I am glad I am with Surex Insurance which is more than 12 years ago. My older brother and now my son are with Surex as well and I will surely recommend it to my daughter and my friends too.
