Terrible, just terrible for 5 years. Police are not called. No clue about service. Put you hold when you call the monitering company. Correct phone numbers are not given to the staff. Most poorly run business I have ever seen. Do not use!

Some of the worst service I have ever had. System was down for a week with no notification. Batteries died, no notification. Sensor not working properly, just disconnect it so it doesn't interfere with the service. It doesn't matter if that area is not secure. Monitoring indicates an alarm, they turn it off, no notification. Can't turn on the system, "we will send someone tomorrow it's only one day". Notice a trend here?
