Gina in customer service is the main reason I still go to this store rather than getting a membership at a certain other big box retailer who has a whole lot of awesome benefits. Gina is always helpful and cheerful and she should be a manager. I negated one star because many of the items that I want to buy and price compare aren't priced. The in-store scanners that I used to use to price things have been down for way too long. That being said, the prices here are far better than smaller grocery stores and no name and PC products are a life saver. Cashiers are all awesome as well.
Click and collect, which I used to love, is increasingly disappointing. Often claiming common items are unavailable making the pick less convenient. More than once I have gone in after picking up to find the item they excluded, claiming it was unavailable. And when you've had enough and want to cancel your order because they "don't have" the things you are particularly shopping for, they charge $10 cancellation fee. The lost art of customer service cannot be found at the Real Canadian superstore in Spruce Grove, unfortunately.
Had the turkey I was looking for,line up to pay was long but with social distancing it looks worse than it is. Got thru fairly quick. Shelves were all full.
I had a great experience! The lady directing traffic was friendly, helpful, and considerate. I wish I knew her name but she sometimes has a PC Financial tag and is there like everyday doing the same thing. She never complains and is always friendly. They should give her something for her work.
The store's prices are the same as other store's your better to shop at home unless your out for a drive stuff is over priced I hate to say it but your better to shop at Walmart at least there stuff isn't over priced.
