I used to love coming here every morning when the previous manager ran the place. The employees were lovely, kind and welcoming (miss you girls if you are reading this). Today i had the worst experience. One staff member in particular is extremely rude and she has no customer service skills. No one wants to be working during this unfortunate time - I sure don't - but if you are in customer service and you are going to be unpleasant, stay home. Thanks! I think today is the last day i will be coming to this location.
When the service here is good its spot on. Top notch really. But my last 2 visits have been a let down. I've ordered one food item and got another and I've ordered a drink and gotten something different. Dont get me wrong the staff is lovely. I dont blame them directly. But. With the plexiglass barrier and loud music it's horrible to communicate. Maybe turn down the music?...
I feel like the quality is worth the price. It is not more than starbucks anyway which coffee has no taste.
Great coffee. Staff Were nice. Environment was good and ever thing was upto marks best place to visit. I was referred to this place by one of my office colleague.
Love this café’s hot chocolate and their vegan muffins ( Walnut is the best I’ve tasted so far), usually the staff is somewhat nice but not always, they could work on that, also they run out of food quickly at times so be quick if you want your favourite food item.
Found their espresso strong but I’m not a coffee drinker so, to each their own.
