I go here every once and a while and the workers are amazing, the food and coffee is never bad when I go, I went here this morning with my girl and we both got chestnut praline lattes and a sausage breakfast sandwich. Both tasted great. Food is always hot and the lattes stay warm for a long time.

The staff were not trained to understand the mask bylaw. They demanded to know why I was exempt which is in direct violation of the bylaw itself. I told the staff if they were going to enforce the bylaw they should read it at a minimum. I know Starbucks corporation could care less what I think but I can promise I will not be back as I did not appreciate the intense interrogation.

20-30 mins waiting and couldn’t get a simple drink right. First time latte at room temp. Second time scalding hot without toppings I had originally asked for. Poor service for a cup of coffee which I handsomely paid for.

Didnt know mobile orders were more important then the people waiting in the store. Had to wait 20min or more cause apparently starbucks cant dedicate 1 person to making regular orders. Apparently mobile order people are more important then people who order regularly. If you wanna feel second class just go to starbucks

This place was okay. When I first walked in, I was noticed in the empty Starbucks by five employees sets of eyes but then was ignored while they worked on the drive through. I wasn’t a priority and I felt it. The interior was dark and dreary and not friendly or welcoming. They could use some light colours in there for sure. Although they were covid friendly they parking situation and location isn’t that ideal for customers. Overall not a great first impression.
