I had a situation that was handled efficiently, correctly and with a great amount of compassion and care. That is a rare thing these days . I highly commend and recommend Kristen who takes her duties seriously and keeps the bar raised high. Excellent service that deserves the 5 stars!

With a bad taste in my mouth from a previous appliance store, I decided to stay local and shop at the brick in town. Kristen greeted me with a smile and asked me how I was. This in mind is great customer service. I was happy with her service although they did not have what I wanted on the floor. Well turns out she had a nice big screen computer at the counter and found exactly what I wanted. Soo...long story short I purchased what I was there for and more than satisfied with my interaction with Kristen Murray.

I Love shopping at The Brick in Barrhead. They have great deals and an excellent selection. I found them helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. I don't think I could get by without my front loading washer, and I know I wouldn't have any other. Thanks for taking the time to the benefits of each and showing me just what I needed. I'm happy to recommend them to any who are searching for furniture, mattresses, appliances.
