JUST NOW Excellent selection, and the store is very open and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. Prices were within a wide, affordable range. We had one issue where a dining chair was missing, and they delivered it to our house - 1.5 hours away - a week later at no cost.

I liked the selection of good quality products. The showroom was full but not over stuffed to discomfort. Our sales associate greeted us quickly, gave us the basic info we needed, then left us to look. She kept an eye on us while leaving us space and checked with us when we had settled on an item. Best sales person I have witnessed in awhile. We will be back and buy our couch set as soon as we know where we are moving to. Thanks.

Fast friendly service. Rachel and Gino answered all our questions promptly. Greatest part is they have " In-home setup" with delivery. Will consider Konto again.

Jennifer was professional, friendly, with great communication. No pressure to make the sale when we came in, gave us lots of time to think it over and checked up on us to see if we had any questions.
