We got a really nice couch and complete bedroom set for such a great price. Excellent customer service by Emerson. He went above and beyond with everything. Any time we had any questions he would come and help and recommend us which me and my boyfriend found so so helpful. Will definitely recommend to this place for anyone who are looking for good quality furniture for great prices. You won't be dissapointed I can promise you that. Cheers! Spent $2500 on a sectional. It literally fell apart in less than a year!! When we purchased our sectional the consoles were back ordered 4-6 weeks. Well it’s been 51 weeks!!!! And still no consoles!!! Asked for warranty and was told yes and they said they would send a crew to come pick it up. Great right? Nope! because we did no live in Edmonton they refused to come to the house and pick it up. So now it up to me to waste my time a resources to load an entire sectional up and pack it into Edmonton on my dime!! The company is a joke and there products are junk! I recommend staying away from here. We learnt our lesson the hard way and had to buy a new sectional but we went with a quality one from the brick.

Furniture for nothing.

I've bought things here a few times but this last time customer service has been really poor. Before Covid hit started having problems with my power sectional emailed several times they said they couldn't do nothing because they couldn't get parts and still to this day haven't received an email back so I've had a couch with no power reclining for about 9 months on a couch that was just over a year old. Will never buy anything from there again.

THEY HAVE TOLD ME 3 SEPERATES TIMES SINCE AUG 27 2020 DATE OF PURCHASE THAT IT JUST GOT TO VANCOUVER ON 3 SEPERATES DATES❗❗ IT IS NOW NOVEMBER 17. THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS SO IF YOU DON'T MIND WAITING FOREVER AND BEING LIED TO THEN DON'T SHOP HEAR.
