This lady is amazing! We had our wedding cake made by Cake by Taryn and it was delicious! Communication with Taryn leading up to the wedding was great. She was able to accommodate us wanting delivery after we changed our minds. Delivery was on time. The cake was beautiful and tasted delicious! Very reasonable pricing. Would definitely order from Cake by Taryn for my next big event! (or to treat myself!) Thank you!

Taryn is amazing to work with! After only a few descriptive words about the birthday girl and what we were looking for she executed the most perfect cake for our friend! This is not the first time we have ordered Taryn's products, her special occasion snack boxes, holiday cookie boxes, and cupcakes have garnered rave reviews! You will not be disappointed choosing Taryn, the quality and wow factor will speak for itself!

Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious affordable treats for any occasion. I ordered Taryn’s cupcakes and cookie kit for Halloween and will now be ordering for every holiday from here on out! I can honestly say the Oreo cookie cupcake was the best cupcake I’ve ever had in my life. And that’s saying a lot because I try to find the best cupcakes anywhere I’ve lived/traveled to (many places pre-covid). Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed them, even the dog who lucked out with some of our toddler’s dropped buttercream!

Taryn graciously baked my son a dairy-free pokemon cake that was so beyond perfect. She was communicative, accommodating, and kind in our interactions. She was flexible with pickup/delivery options. She let me forward her specific pokemon images to include on the cake. Dairy free cakes are shockingly hard to find, and Taryn's was as delicious as it was beautiful. I can't believe there are any negative reviews on here at all!! Remember folks, your service providers are people with families just like you, doing their best to balance their work-life, family-life, and everything that pops up in between, just Iike you. Be kind.

Terrible customer service and NOT reliable. I emailed cakes by Taryn to see if they were available to bake me a cake for my birthday roughly 5 days in advance. They confirmed they were available to bake my cake for me as long as they were skilled enough to do so. The cake was just a single tier white cake with macrons on it as decorations.. so it was very easy... if I wanted to I could have baked it myself. An entire day later I received an email telling me that Taryn, the owner; has returned back to her day job and can’t bake my cake for me anymore. So you just bake cakes at night when you feel like it? Doesn’t seem like a dedicated company... If you are not sure if you can bake someone a cake then don’t tell them you can! Now nobody can bake my cake on such short notice, all thanks to Taryn not knowing her own schedule.
