My daughter works here.. but I love the family atmosphere and the warm greeting I get every time .. I love going there An update to my previous review: During this pandemic and new lifestyle. I have so much gratitude for all of the staff working during these rough times. And the worst thing is to see or hear about staff having to deal with rude customers . So to all of the customers who are rude and demeaning , shame on you ! And to every single staff member working to bring our economy back up and give others a safe place to enjoy a safe place to eat , I thank you and send lots of positive vibes and love your way ..

This is a good pub in a good location. It is quite large and generally busy, and they have a big selection of food and drinks. The staff worked in teams, so that they attended the tables quite often - nobody was being forgotten. The good tasted good, we had Shepherd's pie and nachos, quite pleasurable. The presentation wasn't amazing, but the taste was good. Drinks arrived quickly, although water was forgotten. The decor was amusing. It is a large place with some open areas between floors, so you can look down on the main bar from above. Some of the tables are ticked into corner s, or little rooms off of the main area, so there are different seating environments throughout. The outdoor seating seems nice especially for people watching. And the happy hour menu has some good choices!

Listened to beautiful music the first time I passed by. Decided to try the food this time and was not disappointed! We ordered the mac and cheese and the Shepard pie and it was incredible. Service was fast and friendly and food was also fast. Definitely recommend it if you're down town Victoria looking for good food. I will be back!

I have visited Irish Times pub several times in the last couple of months I enjoy their outdoor patio and especially like they're happy hour menu my favourite is the delicious shrimp salad with arugula.the staff is friendly and professional for the most part the only time that I ate inside the pub I was uncomfortable with the lack of social distancing some customers displayed and there seem to be one person circling the bar for no reason.
