I wish the library was fully open for public browsing, but they are doing a good job despite the restrictions of the COVID protocols.

You can reserve books and videos online and pick them up. But you can't stay and study or do research.

Dealing well with COVID restrictions. Fast in and out when picking up reserved books etc.

Beautiful site - love the courtyard ✌️ (it's covered with glass roof panels and has 2 entrance/openings)

Victoria library claims to be open, but it’s a 5ft by 5ft loop around one bookshelf with one standing computer . ITS NOT OPEN FOR THE PUBLIC TO BROWSE, WORK, READ, OR STUDY.
