Absolutely love this place! I come here every week to get all of my bread and baked treats. The cinnamon buns are so good. Addicted to them. Today I had the grilled veggie panini.. delicious! Everything is super good and made with quality vegan ingredients.

Sprouted Oven is one of my absolute favourite places in the world, certainly my favourite restaurant/cafe. My mom and I go here every week. They have such great products (bagels, bread, flour, beans, etc.) and amazing food, too! There are certainly indulgent foods, but I never feel sick or guilty after eating anything from here. The staff are also extremely kind and gracious. I can't rave enough about this place!

Such a cute little shop. I was so happy to find this place while on vacation. There were so many options that I could actually eat and that tasted amazing! Would highly recommend checking this place out especially if you have dietary restrictions.

This is a wonderful plant based bakery and a plant based grocery store! They also have food that you can eat in or take out. It is so delicious and I am so happy that something like this is a part of Abbotsford!
