I was here after a long days walk. It was sunny and hot outside. To be honest I wanted to use their washroom but end up having couple of cold bears and an appetizer. Location of the bar is convenient. Service was efficient. If you are around and looking for a bite with couple of drinks, this is the place for you.
Good drinks and good prices. Localz is offering Moosehead 16 oz sleeves for $4 all day. Great deal!
Fun spot, close to the pier. Good drink specials, friendly staff. 3 shots for $12, the Beach Bomb was yummy! Didn't eat there, food selection seemed a bit limited. Still a good place for a few sips while checking out the strip.
Server was nice beer was quite cheap.Thats about it.
Food (nachos, a kids pizza slice and a kids chicken strips) took over 45 mins even though there were a max 8 people in the place, so we gave up cancelled our order paid for drinks and went home.
Tried most of the places up and down Marine Drive, some are hit and miss. This place is definitely a miss. We never see a big crowd in there, but we decided to give it a go. The night that we were there, there was a man that we suspect was the owner (Robbie?) who was shouting at people/staff, cursing, talking obnoxiously loud and making things uncomfortable for patrons and staff. Beer is beer, band was OK, food pretty standard, but the atmosphere of this place will keep us and I suspect others from ever coming back. Guess that means another empty restaurant on Marine Drive in the near future.
