The customer service is a 5/5. They want you to come back so they treat you in the best way. If the location does not have the item you want in stock. Send them an email and let them know what you are looking for. Another location not near by email me back to let me know they had lots. I placed my order with them and had it shipped to to store near me. It took 1 day to get there. They were happy to do it and in return I was thrilled.
Great selection of wine from around the world. Love the wine from Moldova!
Had a very small problem with an order and Coewan the assistant manager went above and beyond to help us. We'll definitely be buying regularly from him and the store.
