I don't usually post on most Corporate Ownerships like Earls. However, the menu is amazing. Again, it must have taken me more than 2 minutes to decide what to have. I love to gaze at the time these chefs take to list what is offered. The Decor is outstanding along with the service. By far the best Earls I've been to. Will be coming back!

We visited Earls the first opening week and were amazed at how friendly and accommodating they were. My second experience however fell short but with that being said when I spoke to management they did everything in their power to ensure that my next experience matched my first impression. I revisited Earl's this Tuesday with my family and it was such a wonderful experience. Megan was wonderful and personable and left a lasting impression on us as well. We thank-you for being a breath of fresh air in the restaurant industry as feedback is usually not received well but you were understanding, welcomed feedback and pushed forward better than ever. Michael is in management and reaches out on these comments and genuinely has a passion for this restaurant and the customers in our community. I am happy to have an Earl's in South Surrey with such an amazing team - be sure to check them out!

First experience at this Earls location, took my family for dinner, the restaurant is very nice, good ambiance and good service, however the food wasn’t that great, appetizers were somewhat okay . We ordered 4 steaks , 3 of them were cooked opposite what we ordered! Manager came to apologize and said he will fix this! We sent two back the 2 steaks to the kitchen and was promised it will take 5-7 minutes. 18 minutes later .. still there was no steak... I called our server lady which she was great and I know it’s not her fault and asked her to get my bill. We were so disappointed. The manager showed up after 3 minutes with my bill and to go bag. I refused to take home the 2 steaks packed in a bag. with my experience, the manager didn’t handle the situation properly, with saying sorry about it !!! It’s not enough... I still paid my bill in full in cash !!!! Offering a dessert on house it’s not enough suggestion. First time at this location left me a bad taste. I live 2 minutes away from this restaurant. Had lunch at Earl's Grandview and we were so impressed. The atmosphere in this new restaurant is so modern and fun. We did not have to wait for our table and the server was really friendly and knowledgeable. We barely had time to finish our first drink when our meals arrived. So quick! The food was exactly what you would expect - so, so delicious. Next time we will have to try dessert!

Nice new place. Looks good inside. Food is good. Service is alright. They're working out some links right now. Qr menus didn't work and we had to wait for paper menus. Took about 20 minutes to get our waitress and menus to the table. Then we ordered from their brunch menu. Then she came back and said it was almost over and they couldn't serve brunch so we had to order something else. We also didn't receive the brunch special prices on our drinks despite ordering during the brunch special hours. Instead of 5 bucks for our mimosas we ended up paying 11.75 per and we had 4. So all together we paid $47 plus tax for 4 drinks that should've been 5 each for a total of $20. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed. We stopped by specifically for brunch at 1 which goes until 2 and could've have brunch and were extremely over charged. Over $100 bucks for a quick bite. That's be fine for dinner or something but in this case was ridiculous
