Ocean Park Dry Cleaners

My wife had me dry clean her fathers old army uniform. Took pictures of the before and afters and after it was dry cleaned a very obvious seam broke on the collar. though this is acceptable practice the guy mentioned nothing. no apology and let me walk out of the store without knowing. upon confronting him, he simply said it broke, its old. I could sew it back together but it would cost. Though this is a fine response, it was arrogant, rude and sneaky of him. Not a method of doing business I want any part of.
