The city admin mostly puts corporations and profit above resident care or concern, beware if you're thinking of moving here! Besides the beauracracy and paid resident street parking it is a great place to live!

absolutely gorgeous ocean views with wide range of cuisine choices along the waterfront. Parking is limited and the local community members are mostly retired. very relaxing community non the less
