Do not recommend. I Ordered the two piece cod for my girlfriend and myself, one with fries and one without (she recently had jaw surgery and has a bit of a hard time eating some foods) and the total when I showed up to pay for my food was 45 dollars. When asked why my bill was this high, I was told that there were no discounts or refunds available for altered orders and that the best he could was refund 20 cents.
While I love cod, I would never have paid top dollar for four oil soaked fish sticks had I been aware that those were the prices being charged. My fingers were dripping wet with oil after briefly handling the fish and I unable to finish my meal due to the amount of oil that was leaking out of my food.
One dismally small slice of lemon was provided for the fish, and the coleslaw tasted as if old frying oil from the fish vats had been used to provide flavour...
Once again, I would never recommend this restaurant to a friend.
Good pub food. Local craft beer. Interior MUCH improved by recent renovation.
Ordered tonight. The fungi pizza was amazing, especially with some pepperoni on it 😋 house salad was great too, very fresh! Looking forward to coming back
Absolutely delicious mussel dinner as was our friends meals. Great service.
Good beer. Great pizza. Good live folk music. Service was good AFTER I woke them up to get an inkling of attention. They got a great tip anyways .But one should be able to pedal on the bar stools with pedals 😉
