Our family had a terrible experience with this funeral home when our father passed away. The staff made numerous mistakes that left us feeling uncertain about the care they were providing for us. The lack of compassion shown to the family was astounding. This was definitely not what our mother needed when trying to honour her husband of over 60 years. She was treated poorly during a difficult time in our lives. She even took the time in the weeks following dad’s passing to write them a letter detailing her concerns. She did not receive any response from them.

Can’t say enough good things, they were happy to accommodate and made an impossible situation easy and dignified.
