Viibrant Earth Cafe & Bistro

I love that everything from the bread to the sausage is made in house from scratch. The dishes we indulged in today where well thought out, executed with care and divine on the palate. Rich, fragrant and nutritious. The ambience is very zen. With plants in the windows, lots of sunlight and a little attitude and personality. Speaking of personality- the 2 people who own and run this experience are pleasurable, amicable and certainly add to the enjoyment of dining here.

Stumbled into this gem while passing through. The staff was amazing the food was unreal good. The gluten free options are amazing. So good we bought a loaf of bread to go as well as GF desert. Don't know if we will ever pass the town again but if we do we will be stopping.

We stopped here on our way through and are we ever glad we did! We have been traveling quite a bit over the last week with disappointing meals and service, but this hidden gem nailed these elements. My partner had the Vibrant Breakfast is and said it was fantastic, my friend had the Belgian Waffle and was thrilled as well. I ordered the grilled cheese - it was the largest and most delicious I had ever eaten, I couldn't finish it. Presentation was on point too. The service was the best I have had in what feels like months which is crucial to the overall atmosphere. This place is definitely worth the stop if you're in the area, we will definitely come back ourselves.

Absolutely amazing had my breakfest there this morning and i would 100% recommend to anybody. Bonus points for how well the restaurant itself is setup

The last time we were in Canal Flats we were very pleased to visit Dar and Facundo's cafe. We were so pleased and impressed that we ate two meals there this week. Breakfast was delicious and had the most delicious preparation with blend of herbs like fresh dill, basil and green onions on perfectly cooked basted eggs. The Belgian waffle was unbelievable. The dinner we had was unbelievably good. The food was unique and artistically presented. Rose shaped dumplings and the sticky pork belly and vermicelli lettuce wraps were sensational. We are so fortunate to have the Viibrant Earth Cafe/Bistro in Canal Flats.
