Brambles Bakery & Cafe Ltd

Tried quite a few things here and everything was amazing. I only wish they had more to choose from! Would have loved to have seen some more delicious breads and pastries.

Great! Carrot cake, coconut cake, bramble berry cake, all the cheese cakes, focaccia, biscuits, scones, squares, and the specials are all amazing. On the savoury side I have never had a bad soup and the breakfast tart and sausage, and mushroom rolls are also amazing. Only thing I am not a fan of is the lemon square, a pit pithy for my taste. Don’t often get drinks here but what I do get has never let me down.

Love this place! Been here a number of times over the past few years and they are consistent with delicious food and great service. I've never eaten anything here I didn't like and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. They also have some great gluten-free options. Love the Thai yam soup! And the cakes, muffins, energy bars, cookies, etc. Only complaint is that they close early (3 pm) so I could only hit them if I finished work early.

Was from out of town and camping in Merritt and was very satisfied with my experience....the two cakes I ordered were delicious! We wanted cakes.for a Saturday but they were closed on Saturday! But that wasn't a problem they delivered to campsite! Thank you ! We will be back to camp their again and will be sure to visit your bakery for more delicious treats! I give you a 100% across the board !

Nothing but smiles everytime I walk through the door. Always great food!! Highly recommend
