Friendly knowledgeable person there. I asked some questions about Merritt and had an informative conversation. I wanted to know "how Merritt was doing", she knew the shift schedules, price range of lumber and the projected expectations for work at the mill, with some sidebar points on the city's growing diversity, and info on weather patterns. It might be a good place to move to, I've added it to my list of possibles.

We stopped on the way to Summerland and forgot a toy that they very kindly had waiting for us on the way back down. A lovely little spot.

Great group of wonderful volunteers and summer students 😀, always friendly . Beautiful gardens and small treasures to find.
