This location is very rude service and wouldn't help me because it was 10 minutes to close? So there open, but specifically said "because it was 10 minutes to close they wouldn't be able to help me" What kind of service is this? Your hours state you are open to 5:00 p.m. So you should be able to help who ever comes in the door till 5:00 p.m. This is such unacceptable work practice Bell MTS. You should be better then this. I will be letting everyone know the Bell MTS location in downtown Winnipeg on Main Street in the basement is one of the worst locations to deal with.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. When Bell took over MTS they also took away: good service, customer service and reliability and fair pricing. I used to be able to play Xbox online with my friends but not since Bell took over. We pay for 25MB/s we are lucky to get 1MB/s download speeds. We can maybe 7MB/s at the router wired, (less than half of what we pay for) wireless is basically useless. We pay more for less, do yourself a favor and get service else where if possible. I'm excited for Starlink to come to Canada and provide usable internet at a fair price to rural Manitobans.

Upgraded my phone at this location. Had a great experience when I first upgraded and was told it all went smooth and my upgrade would be $0 which I was told repeatedly and also advised of over the online chat before I came. Bill time comes and there is a huge upgrade fee on my account ($360 and another $40 fee which I had already paid the month before) and when I call to speak to the associate his entire story changed.Told me the complete opposite of what we discussed when I was in the store and told me there wasn't anything he could do. Gave me no proof of my phone trade in receipt and made it seem like I was the one making the mistake. Thankfully the customer service specialists over the phone were able to correct my bill but utterly the worst experience ever being completely lied to from the associate Jeremy. I will never return to this location for any service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I received amazing customer service about a week ago at Bell MTS Winnipeg Square from Dylan and Levoon. Dylan took the time to explain the options available and figured out which plans, etc would work best for us. While Dylan was getting our phones input and activated, Levoon helped me too with picking cases and putting on screen protectors, etc. Today I was back at the store where Dylan once again helped me make some changes to the phones features and settings. Once again , super friendly and very informative and helpful. Those 2 are a shining example of Customer Service and as a Bell MTS employee would recommend anyone go to that store for service.
