Top 5/5 marks to Manitoba Hydro for its low residential and commercial end use rates in 2020. How much future rates rise to pay for previous northern construction projects will be up to Manitoba Hydro and whomever is in charge on Broadway.

-2 marks for your recent actions determining the future of your own subsidiary company Manitoba Hydro international. The MHI staff don't deserve that.
Such a breath of fresh air to have an extremely pleasant customer service experience over the phone in these COVID times. The MB hydro employee was really helpful and patient in answering all my questions over the phone and also corrected my bill accordingly (wish I could recall her name).
Takes very long time to respond to call but when call is picked work is done immediately.. Overall loved the service...
Billing me a extra charge for not using any electricity. I moved out September 15 from a location and they still bill me a basic charge 23 days later. Crooks
Our power went out in our area at 4am I reported it at 410am and by 445am it was back up!! Thanks to all the workers who make this happen!!! You all are appreciated!!!!!
