When it comes to house purchases gp else where. The person we got didnt know about including property taxes in your mortgage which is common place and has been for years and she never mentioned about 4 different costs that would be coming out of our pocket after purchase because she was knew they would come back to bite us on but they are in my statement of accounts which has yet to reach me over 2 weeks after the purchase. Always good to be sidetracked by yet another cost adujustedment. She thinks it's acceptable that the costs got adjusted off our mortgage rate but didnt seem to care that it still meant WE had to pay it out of pocket to make up for it not being included in the mortgage price. Save your money and save yourself the headache go elsewhere.
