I would give zero stars if I could, but one star is the minimum.
I tried calling the Lac du Bonnet branch as I have a non-standard question specifically for that branch. The automated service could not understand what I was saying and cut me off after three attempts. I was not transferred to an agent - the system just told me to call back later. Geeze - that was helpful!
I put my money there for essetially zero interest. They lend it out at a higher interest rate. They charge me for my account every month. But when I need to conact them and require service, I can't. Nice company!
Terrible hours never open when you need them to be not very convenient would switch over to sunova anyday of the week
RBC SUCKS!
Don't ever try to get a hold of someone by phone unless you have a number that a person gave you! The listed numbers put you into a never ending voice message system that tries to tell you how good RBC is! Thet totally forgot about customer service!
