A week ago I was given a free coffee coupon, went in today to redeem it on my way to work. Was told after receiving my coffee that the coupon which expires Dec.2020 was not redeemable. Good job Tim's, lost a customer for $2.43...off to McDonald's for my coffee!!
Early morning service is horrible. Only 1 employee working at 5 am. Should not have to wait 15 min for just a coffee.
Good staff, nice and clean but you need but you need to change the interior (a little bit, add something new inside)
Same as all Tim Horton's these days. Way too many workers with the mask under their nose, not over it. Franchise really needs to step up and train the workers better.
Usually good and fast service in the morning.
