Most of the time I'm there everyone is very friendly and helpful. This is my number 1 store to go to when we are doing renovations, or building something from scratch!! I'm usually there a few times a month

I went to Kent’s in Bathurst this am was served by some gentleman by the name of JJ. I could list is full name here but I won’t. I went to ask a question and he literally flipped at me asking if I paid for that , not even listening to me whatsoever. Stating he is having a bad day not my problem. Twice I have had bad service at Kent’s. I don’t care if your having a bad day or not, I was there for good service. To even a point telling me to get out of there. Horrible service I received from this gentleman that represents this company. Very bad business.

Service is almost non existent, feel like we are bothering the workers when asking a simple question

Fast service. Had all needed hardware
