Mansfield General Store

Very friendly people that run the store. Always stocked with the necessities but the lcbo side sometimes is a little sparse the day before a delivery. A great way to skip the lines at the lcbo and beer store

Most garbage place I have ever been too...the employees or owners or whatever they are.. absolutely no customer service at least learn how to say hi or some people that walk in to use the restroom at least learn how.to say no public.washrooms like.humans...i just grabbed my bottel and left but damn horrible service...

Absolutely disgusting service. He wouldn’t let me 2 yr old son use the bathroom so he peed his pants. He didn’t even offer up another location for a bathroom. Not a smile or any kind of customer service. I will never forget how he treated my son. Never coming back. You should be ashamed to have someone like that represent your company.

We have had nothing but courtesy from this couple, however have never gone in to use the bathroom. The place is well stocked, offers LCBO and all you may want in a General Store. It seems the negative comments are all about using the washroom. FYI - For the city folk - in the country men dont need washrooms to do what they stand up to do...and that goes for little boys too. IF you need a washroom in the area, you can either stop at the Museum of Dufferin County at Hwy 89 and Airport Road or the Gas station at Cashtown just 12 km north.

Terrible customer service. Left due to rudeness and did not buy a thing.
