I ordered a box of cookies to be delivered as a gift and every part of the experience was pleasant and easy! I ordered same day, and they were very kind in accepting my request even though it was very last minute. They let me know when they were delivering and afterwards told me about my family's reaction which was really nice. And, I heard the cookies were delicious!! My family also commented on how beautiful the hand writing was on the note I asked them to include. I would definitely order from them again!
Ordered birthday cupcakes at the last minute yesterday and not only were they ready in a matter of hours, they were absolutely beautiful and delicious! Best icing I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to try everything else. Thank you so much!
I ordered a dozen custom cookies for my amazing Nurses at BGH and Eric made the entire process very easy, understood exactly what I needed, executed the idea beautifully at a very reasonable price and completed my order quickly. This is a hidden gem in Belleville. The birthday cake we ordered was handmade with only the freshest ingredients and it was truly delicious. The price is on the higher end but definitely worth every penny. Eric was courteous, responsive and easy to talk to which made the whole experience even better. We highly recommend Cookie Jar to anyone who wants a high quality custom made cake.
