Always clean and organized. Sales items always in stock. A little pricey with some items but they generally have good deals that get me in the store.
My only complaint about this grocery store is that they ask you to leave your backpack at the front. I do most of my shopping on foot and carry a backpack with me in order to carry my purchases. I actually purchase less than normal at this store because I refuse to leave my backpack at the front, so I don't bring it, and only buy as much as I can carry home in bags.
I really love their hot food selection! Great price! Good food! Gotta get there early for best selection as they obviously only make so much. I love their chickens!!!
Like the variety!
Confusing and lacking protocols. Normally we enjoy shopping at Dewe's. They are generally well stocked and offer a decent variety of items. However over the last few weeks I have noticed a concerning lack of Covid protocols. They have stopped tracking the number of shoppers, allowing the store to build significant overcrowding. Additionally the communication around checkout is placing customers in uncomfortable positions. Such as being yelled at but staff and other customers. Unfortunate at best.
SUPER EXPENSIVE WOW!!! The meat i gotten was in my fridge 2 days and went bad. Stunk up my fridge. Messaged on fb. Not really accommodating. It was roast pork. It should never have gotten that bad that quick. The whole experience was not pleasant. And seeing that they discriminate those with no masks goes against human rights and AODA laws. Health unit should also be involved as well. The lines ups are ridiculous, the selection is good except soft drinks that diabetics rely on. Do better dewes
