Thank you for the incredible cake you made for us to share with my Dad for his 87th birthday! He’s been a plane enthusiast his entire life. I asked if a runway cake could be made for him and we added a toy plane. The detail was so well done and of course the cake was delicious! Thank you so much for making this a very special birthday for my dear dad!😊

Was in here on the 7th and bought a loaf of bread asked for it to be sliced. The young man who sliced it didn't wash his hands first after serving the customer after me. I asked why he didn't wear gloves and he said they don't fit him and they don't have any in his size. So I asked why he didn't wash his hands first. He condensendingly asked if I'd like him to slice another loaf, I said of course. But wash your hands first please. He did, then again in a condescending tone apologized for the messy way the bread went in the bag because he didn't want to touch my bread with his hands. And then went straight in the back with a verbal huff. I thanked him anyhow and left. Please educate your staff on the necessity of hand washing during a pandemic, and give them supplies needed. Don't want to see your business closed do to unnecessary simple things that should be very straight forward. Wash between customers. We are willing to wait!

Placed an order but when picked up my cheese bread had been squished down so badly, by the rest of my order, I could not serve it. Also the sugar free muffins were tasteless, as was the cherry bread unless you found a cherry. Homemade bread was fresh, but a very small loaf for the money! Burnt apple fritters went directly to the garbage. Almond cookies were very good, but disappointed in the rest of my order and when not looking at it until camp, too late to return!

Super friendly service this morning. I ordered an egg salad sandwich on freshly-baked multigrain bread, a coffee and a Florentine for breakfast. Everything was tasty and baked on-site. I was also able to dine inside at one of their tables. All in all, it was a great way to start my day visiting Napanee.

The best raisin butter tarts ever! Totally wowed! We'll be back for those. On the other hand, we were underwhelmed with the cookies. We tried 4 flavours and most were bland. I would only try the ginger snaps again. I would recommend new recipes, especially for the chocolate chip and oatmeal.
