Prince Edward County Lavender

Had a great time with friends, respecting the safety measures put in place to protect other visitors and staff. Wonderful fields! Gorgeous setting. Beautiful on a sunny day. Fantastic selection of items in the store. Great and friendly staff. Very happy to see the protection of staff and customers is being done by use of social distancing and masks. For anyone complaining because they couldn't get in without a mask on, get a clue. It is a global pandemic the likes of which has not been seen in a century. This is a private establishment that is following the rules while also trying to protect their staff and fellow visitors. Don't like it...stay home. It's for everyone's protection including yours so you may live to see these lavender fields another year.

We bought 24 potted lavender plants here about 2 months ago and they transformed our backyard in Toronto. Every plant was healthy and stayed in full bloom. They attracted 2 dozens of butterflies that hovered over them none stop. They offer a lot of joy while we stay at home during this pandemic. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly highly recommended.

Very relaxing. Can only go during peak if you want to see it at its best. Weekdays are less busy if you want to avoid crowds for undisturbed photos. Lots of lavender gifts in the shop.

Spent a very short time at Prince Edward County Lavender. It’s a very small field and not a lot to see. You can see it all in one glance. When I called, the phone message I heard said the field was in full bloom, but when we got there that was not the case and some of the lavender had already been harvested.That being said, it was a pleasant day spent with family and friends in Prince Edward County, and we were certainly glad to get out and get some fresh air during this time of COVID 19.

FIELDS: The lavender fields were beautiful with different kind of plants labelled with additional info. We went in mid-July and the lavenders were at full bloom! There are also colorful chairs placed around the fields, and a hut to get away from the shade. FOOD: The lavender gelato is delicious! They unfortunately did not have the lavender lemonade due to covid but you can buy everything at the store to make your own! SHOP: The shop itself is wonderful - soaps, herbs, flowers, tea, honey, scented eye-masks; you'll find everything here. The owners are wonderful and gave recipe ideas for their products. Would 100% recommend!
