Hi, I'm wondering if your company which has seen a spike in demand and market gains will do anything for customers who do not posses a vehicle during this current pandemic, online food delivery services i'm sure have seen a spike in demand. Albeit, the local McDonald's near me still refuses to allow drive through purchases unless they come with a vehicle. Hence, the delivery services being unavailable and my partner being pregnant and already having 2 children and without a car. Are my options to seek other favored restaurants other than yours? The location I speak of is located on Saint-Jacques, Montreal, Quebec. I have been refused service due to lack of a vehicle at later hours. I would contact your head offices but I'm aware reviews are far more impacting and get far better notice.

Those kids serving the food don’t pay attention to orders. They talk and giggle with their friens in the restaurant and put whatever in the order. I took one to go with 2 double cheeseburgers: guess what?? They forgot the chees and everything. Only meat and bred. I was too far to go back.
