This restaurant gives great service as well as yummy menu. My favourite restaurant in the city. The meals came out rapidly and the rates were affordable. Highly recommended.

Amazing restaurant for lunch and dinner. Food is delicious, well served and prepared. Ambiance is 100%. Staff is professional and welcoming including the bosses. Sylvie the waitress that served me was great, did everything right! Would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Thank you town380 family.

It was my first time going to Towne380 for a group event. The experience and the food was enjoyable. Although, after the meal ended, the service took a turn. The waiter took it upon himself to bring up the cake to the table without warning. The birthday boy had to run to his seat to get there on time so the cake can be placed on the table with him being seated. The candles that were purchased to be put on the cake were forgotten. Later, once the bills were made, the waiter made a mistake on all 30 bills and then when someone asked about the mistake, the waiter turned around and said "I will pay you back the money myself" rather than simply offering to fix the bills. The bills were left as is, and everyone overpaid. Not the service I would of liked, considering we chose this restaurant to celebrate a birthday.

It was my first time going there and is must say the food is amazing from the appetizers to the dessert, nothing to complain about. The reason why I'm putting a 4 star, the service was really but really slow. I Think we had 1 server for our whole section. Between our main dish and dessert, it took him at least a good 20-30 mins to present us with the dessert options. And the 2 people I was with had mentioned to our server it was my birthday and didn’t really seemed to care much so there no candles on my dessert. But Overall, great restaurant and great atmosphere.

Been coming here since it opened years ago. Quality and consistency are what keep me coming back with family and friends. I appreciate greatly that they make little custom plates for my young kids which makes family dining a breeze. This week they had plate of cucumbers and olives (kids’ favorite) in hand when they first came to table...the fact that they remembered that detail and acted on it is impressive. 5 stars well earned!
