NO STAR and NEVER EVER will go back to HR Block. it is just the name. we sent yesterday and the lady was checking her notes to finish our tax report. seems they use their name and then they train people to serve people! we wasted our time and pay 177 $ each for a TRAINEE who couldn't even answer our questions!!! they dont even deserve 1 star. FINISHED with HR & BLOCK!

Made an appointment in English and the agent couldn't speak a word of English. Left and will never go back there.

Very good service, the employee went out of their way to finish our report in time despite the family of 4 who arrived before us in an appointment for 1. This is a real branch hr block will leave you with your report finished at the end of your appointment.
