Spent 1.5 hours in the waiting room even though we came exactly at the time of the appointment. I thought it was just us but saw that every other client there has been waiting. Really unorganized and poor client service. Don't waste your time unless you enjoy hospital wait times and service.

Excellent, meticulous accountant. Made running my small business and paying my taxes very easy. He also doesn't price gouge you, like some other accountants.

I have been going to Mr Jones for over 15 years. I would not trust anyone else with my taxes. Even though I recently moved to Toronto, I will still make that trip down to get my taxes done by the best, Mr Jones. He is a good man that truly cares about his clients. 5*

I have been doing my taxes with Clarence for the last couple of years. I mentioned to him last year that I often receive notice of assessments and he insisted next time to not pay before reaching out to him, which I was grateful for. This year, I received a letter stating I owe $, and reached out to him right away. 2 weeks later and he has not responded to any of the e-mails or calls/messages I have left him - he is not on vacation per reception, just either on the phone or not in "for the morning". Get the immediate feeling that unless you PAY for his time, he won't even give you a few minutes. I've called his office at least 4 times and each time the reception did not take what I said seriously. I stressed the importance of the matter, that it is urgent, that this is something due within days, and he never responded. Each time I left a message with reception and never received any acknowledgement at all - no "I'm so sorry, I'm make sure he gets back to you!" just - "Okay." There is no excuse to not take a few minutes out of your day to reach out to your client and actually address the situation in TWO weeks and counting. That, plus the long wait times: 1-3 hours at min. I do understand the complexity of some paperwork, and that is the exact reason there should be much better scheduling done by himself/reception. Squeezing in as many clients in 1 hour is what our health care system does. Advise to go elsewhere.

Mr Jones goes above and beyond the duties of a CPA. He is transparent and will do all he can for you above board. As along as he's taking care of my taxes and providing guidance to enhance and secure my financial future, I'll remain his loyal customer . Thanks Mr Jones🤗
