The lack of management, security & transparency is unbearable. I absolutely DO NOT recommend. They LITERALLY told me that my security concerns were unfounded (even if people vandalize and steal in the condo!). I rarely write reviews but this one is important since they manage such a personal space to us (OUR HOME!)

I would like to share my satisfaction with our management company Condovision. Mr. Christian who manages our building in Laval as well as the accountant (Julie) are always available to answer questions, good listening and reaction. I highly recommend this company, which does a great job.

I am one of the first residents in the newest tour on Acadie. I came across comments on Condovision, which also manages our building, and this since the end of 2019. Luckily, the old ghost company that left us in the dark has been replaced by Condovision. We avoided the disaster, thanks to the director of Condovision, Christian Cojanu who is the most competent manager I know (I have had 2 condos before). Comments like: ‘’ packages are stolen from the lobby ‘’. It's really disappointing that some residents have no knowledge of their obligations by blaming the managers ... Managers are not paid to take care of "online" orders from everyone who does not give importance to their purchases. Condovision has indeed sent all the measures to be observed and linked when ordering packages. However, the deliverers leave the packages anywhere and this questionable practice is encouraged by residents who order constantly without protecting themselves. In terms of comments like: ’you better hope there isn't anything wrong in your unit since I doubt it will be fixed properly or on time’ ’, the goods that are in our condos belong to us. Therefore, let the managers manage the common areas and you, my dear neighbors, repair your devices or others, it is your obligation as owners. At the legal level, interventions, emergencies and to manage with the little money that our condominium has, Condovision does a remarkable job considering all our needs and also the abuses sometimes noted on the part of residents who forget that it is THEIR condominium.
