Their bouquets never disappoint - Manny and Mona know exactly what they're doing and always put together the best arrangements. Whatever vision you have, they will realize it. Delivery is super quick too (has always been same-day in my experiences).

Got a beautiful bouquet for my wife’s birthday, Mona was very helpful. She taught me a few tips and tricks. Very good experience!

Ordered the “fresh” flowers and year lasting ones. They are not fresh!! They are so dry and already withering, flowers look nothing like how they are represented online. In person it is terrible! After like 2 weeks of the year lasting ones they don’t look the same as I got it, it’s starting to look unappealing. It’s already change now, I’m guessing it doesn’t even last a year then. They are also very rude and don’t care

STAY AWAY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.OWNER NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL HE SWORE AT ME ON PHONE -Made purchase on their website I live in ONTARIO & when I was going through checkout it lists EVERY PROVINCE not just Quebec as a place that can be delivered. OWNER HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS EVEN ON HIS OWN WEBSITE - I BOUGHT THIS 2 MONTHS PRIOR TO MY GRANDMA'S B-day because I didn't want any complications it’s her last Birthday celebration, meaning we are unsure if she’s going to still be alive by next year she has a lot of health complications. - A lady from the store calls wanting to make sure the date was correct. She could obviously see my address - THE DAY BEFORE THE FLOWER DOME IS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE I receive a call from the lady & tells me it’s impossible to deliver to ONT I already spoke to her 2 MONTHS AGO & WAS NOT TOLD THIS - Owner calls me, he tells me they could try send to ONT -DID NOT RECEIVE TRACKING INFO HE SAID I WOULD GET, HAD TO KEEP CONTACTING THEM MULTIPLE TIMES TO OBTAIN ONE -They clearly don’t care whether or not it arrives on time as long as they have your money - IT ARRIVES LATE and THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG COLOR there is no weight to the dome it’s so light IT FEELS CHEAP there's glue sticking out from the sides of the ribbon, it looks so rushed and messy - The card attached is written as chicken scratch At least take your time writing it -I call Manny & he just kept making excuses for everything saying it’s his 1st time blah but you’ve been in business for how many years? & HE HAS THE AUDACITY TO START SWEARING AT ME ON THE PHONE what kind of owner does that when I was asking for my money back & explaining all their mess ups lacks professionalism, claiming everything he does is nice & when you point out the flaws he basically says you’re wrong and makes excuses for every mistake that he made & his short comings. It’s been years you have this site, as you told me, and still don’t know you’re advertising other provinces as a delivery location? Joke of a company all together as a whole.
