I have been trying since this morning to talk to someone. Impossible, a recorded message keeps telling me that the call queues are full. No service! And impossible to call Ottawa, I was told to phone Jonquière.

after waiting a long time in line (40 min) someone picks up and shuts the phone .... just disconnected !? everyone should try elsewhere to fix the problem - just close this center ... it's useless

To wait for an hour and a half and to transfer you to another person who tells you it's not the right number ... Unable to help me by telling me to call an agent ... Hahaha I'd like to see you but give me the appropriate number. No service and a big lack of internal communication. * When you send an invoice put the phone number where to remember would be the least thing in my opinion. *
