I have sat with Janessa for the past couple years and am loyal to her as a client. She had gone above and beyond to get me the maximum refund possible and I leave happy everytime. Highly recommend booking with her to get the most out of her return! Happy customer!

Received Excellent Service from Janessa Mullins. Don't understand why this office is not a FIVE STAR. They treat you like family the moment you walk in the door. She fixed all my problems from previous years. If she could not fix them she explained in "English" why it was the way it was. Would recommend this office to anyone!

The staff at this location are all excellent, from the people at the reception counter to the people at the desks deeper in the building. I dealt specifically with two people, Cherry and Sue, both whom I'd like to commend. The first time I came in, I dealt with Cherry, and I'd failed to bring in some documents with me. Rather than acting as if I'd been an inconvenience, Cherry still took the documents I had and processed what she could until I brought the remaining items, all while still smiling. When I did eventually return with the appropriate documents, I dealt with Sue, as Cherry was absent. She was also very friendly. She very quickly and easily located my information, and processed the remaining documents I had brought in, and I was out within minutes of sitting down with her. From all this, I can safely assume that they are very, very organised. Overall, I was treated very professionally, and they were genuinely interested in having my business. The wait time was minimal, and the entire process went fluidly. I will be coming back to this location, and I will be telling everyone else I know about the experience I had here.
