Staff are so rude at this locations, I'd rather drive 30 minutes to a different post office than deal with this location. I signed up for emails when my packages arrive with Canada post, I even receive the scan code in my emails so I dont need the "card" and I usually wait until the afternoon to go, and today I was told were not ready yet and was refused . Maybe a couple hours ... well its 2 p.m. and acouple of hours you ll be closed . This isn't the first time I've had packages sitting for up to 2 days without being able to get them. So annoying. Will be filing a formal complaint.

The Post office in our little town is wonderful. The full time workers as well as casuals are not just employees but friends . During Christmas they especially shine . Keep up the great job folks ♥️

Once I calm down and take some sedatives I will make my comments. (Sedative worked) Fort Macleod is a small town where everyone literally knows everyone else.

Worst post office I’ve ever dealt ,employees are mostly rude.. don’t smile when greeted this is important when it comes to public relations .. Mail is never in the box on time or parcels... I get emails telling me notices are there,go to my mailbox time after time to never find one.. Made accusations about fraud based on an item I purchased on Amazon ( garden tools) lol Time to open a mailbox in a different surrounding town....If I could gave less than a star I would!! but I had to give them some sort of something to comment
