I had to come back and edit my review, because over the past few years with all of my businesses with Shelly & her team, as well as several of my clients being with them, I cannot say enough good things. They are so kind, professional, and take SUCH good care of me and my clients. They saved us SO much money on tax. They save my clients money on taxes. They do SO MUCH for us and they make sure that we (business owners) are doing the right things to make more profit and pay LESS tax. Shelly Shaw came highly recommended by a friend whom she had helped with a big taxation mess. Although my husband and my finances had not changed appreciably over the years our taxes for 2019 jumped to an unexpected bill of $2,872.22. Shelly responded quickly to my initial email and asked me to send her our assessments and the original tax returns. She worked swiftly, reducing our tax bill to $230.07 by correcting errors and including deductions that the other accountant had missed. In contrast to our old accountant, Shelly patiently answered our questions about our taxes and what to expect in the future. In all my interactions with her, she was pleasant, professional and helpful. I received well informed advice on how to navigate the Canadian income tax system and how to save money not only on my 2019 taxes, but in future years as well. Needless to say, I will be working with Shelly for my future tax accounting needs. Thank you so much, Shelly!
