I needed someone to come fix an issue on the week-end. Although D.A. normally focuses their work on businesses, Jacob came over just to have a look to make sure everything was safe. I waited less than a half an hour for him to arrive. He was able to confirm things were safe and took time to explain some helpful info. He didn't charge me for his time to look things over. I felt that showed a lot of integrity.
