Yodh Kapur is the best person I have ever met for filling a tax.the way he understands the process and steps to file is flawless...he is one of the best asset of H and R block...thanks again to him.

I don't have the patience and you dont have the time to read everything that went wrong with my experience.... After a week and 4 visits my taxes are still not done and they are basic, one t4 and one write off for my tools. Do NOT waste your time or money.

Tax Expert called Yodh Kapur has very good understanding of the Canada Taxing system. He was able understand the situation for my family and was able to file the return in very less time. Also he was very generous and shared many information about the CRA and its Taxes.

I have been going to this location for a few years now and before that other H&R block locations every year since ive been working .. (25 years) Decided this year to do a drop off instead of waiting and doing it in person. It’s been 3 days now so I call and the lady said she’d call me back. I call an hour later and she snapped at me saying they are very busy. The rudest person ever! Tomorrow I’m going to get my stuff back and will never use them again thanks to a lady who should NEVER deal with public

Made a appt today to get my bfs tax done. He didn't get out until 1hr 35min the girl Tatiana had to get help from the lady next to her 4x...hire someone who has reliable exp. She said this was her 2nd time doing it. Was so disappointed that making a appt they would send him to person who didn't seem comfortable typing on her comp.
