Very poor customer service experience today. Kristen was very rude and unhelpful assisting a family memeber in a move to another province. I myself have had terrible experiences with the staff at Bentley agencies and was happy to take my money elsewhere.

In the end they helped me get what I needed done. Just didnt expect to be treated like that at the beginning.

Very welcome place, only thing you cant acquire an alberta health number as to it's a smaller agency.

I have business documents and unfortunately they don't handle them. Nice to take all paperwork to one place business and personal.
